Abstract: The brochure reveals the main milestones of the biography of the outstanding Hetman of Ukraine, his Baturyn period of life, patronage. Materials from the stock collection of the National Historical and Cultural Reserve “Hetman’s Capital”, photos of objects of the reserve and Novgorod-Sivershchina, with which the figure of Ivan Mazepa is connected, were used as illustrations.
