Abstract: The collection of articles “Baturyn Antiquity” is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the birth of the candidate of philological sciences, local historian Viktor Mykolayovych Bondarenko. On the basis of newly discovered materials, a significant part of which is introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, the development of Baturyn and its environs is covered, which chronologically covers the past of the region from the X to the XX century.
The lexical and spelling features of the author’s text are preserved in the edition.
